Where retail hiring gets stuck

  • Hundreds of CVs for one vacancy

A single cashier posting brings in more applicants than a manager can call back. Good people wait, then take another offer.

With AuraHREvery applicant gets a voice interview the day they apply.

  • Every branch hires its own way

Each store manager asks different questions, so a strong candidate means something different in every branch.

With AuraHREvery store screens with the same questions and the same levels.

  • Availability found out too late

Weekend and evening shifts come up at the end of an interview, after everyone has already spent an hour on it.

With AuraHRAvailability is asked in every interview, and a dealbreaker is flagged in the report.

A checkout scenario

The till shows a different price from the shelf

A cashier is tested by small moments: a queue, a disputed price and no supervisor nearby. A scenario lets you hear how an applicant weighs the customer, the queue and the store’s rules.

The shelf label says 4.50 lari, the till scans 5.20, and five people are waiting behind this customer. What do you do?
Example follow-up
You said you would call the supervisor, but the supervisor is on a break for ten minutes. What do you tell the customer and the queue until then?
What the store manager reads
Whether the candidate checks the label first, says where their own authority ends and keeps the queue informed. The manager compares that reasoning with the store’s price policy. Speed and accuracy at the till still need a trial shift.

Common questions

Can candidates interview after their current shift?

Yes. The link works at any hour until the date you set, so people who already work in a store can interview after their shift or at the weekend.

Can each store manager see only their own candidates?

Yes. Restrict a vacancy to the people who hire for that store, and only they see its candidates.

Do candidates need to install anything?

No. The interview runs in the browser from a personal link. A device check for the microphone, and the camera or screen when a vacancy uses them, runs first.

Does the AI decide who gets hired?

Your team decides who to hire. Interview answers receive levels with supporting quotes. CV scores can sort applications for review, and your own knockout rules can set applications aside. You can review and restore those applications.
