Asked a lot
- I applied through a careers page. What happens to my CV?
- It is compared with the requirements of the role and passed to the company’s recruiters. The AI does not reject anyone: people at the company decide whom to invite, and if they would like to continue you receive an invitation by email.
- Does the AI reject applicants?
- No. The CV score is a suggestion from the CV alone, to help your team decide whom to invite. The one automatic rule is your own: an applicant whose answer to one of your application questions does not fit the role is set aside without an email, their CV is not scored, and you can bring them back.
- What does the CV score look at?
- Only the competencies you set on the vacancy, each marked must-have or nice to have. The CV gets a level for every one of them, and a score from 0 to 100.
- Do applicants need an account?
- No. They enter a name and an email and upload a CV as PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB.
- Can the page run on our own domain?
- Yes. Point a host name such as jobs.example.com at your careers page: add the DNS records we show you and check them. Until then the page lives on careers.aurahr.ge.
