Where bank hiring gets stuck
Branches across the country
Applicants in Kutaisi, Batumi and Telavi wait for a recruiter in Tbilisi to find time for a call.
With AuraHRCandidates interview from anywhere, whenever it suits them.
Decisions must be explained
When hiring is reviewed, “a good impression” is not an answer.
With AuraHREvery level links to the exact quote and moment in the recording.
Peaks come all at once
A product launch or a new branch needs a whole team at once.
With AuraHRScreen every applicant in parallel, with one plan for all branches.

A boundary conversation
A regular customer asks for an exception
Branch staff refuse requests every week, often from people they know. A scenario shows whether an applicant can say no clearly and still leave the customer with a way forward.
Your branch procedure requires verified authorisation to withdraw from another person’s account. A regular customer brings their spouse’s ID but no authorisation, and they are in a hurry. What do you say?
- Example follow-up
- The customer says another operator allowed this last month. How do you respond, and do you tell anyone?
- What the reviewer reads
- Whether the candidate refuses without blaming the customer, explains the reason and offers a legitimate route. The answer shows judgement and tone. It does not test knowledge of your procedures or of regulation, which your training and compliance checks cover.

Common questions
Can we see how each level was given?
Yes. Every level shows the quote and the moment in the recording it came from, so anyone on your team can check how it was given.
Can branch managers take part in the review?
Yes. Add them to the vacancy and they see the same recording, transcript and levels as HR.
Do candidates need to install anything?
No. The interview runs in the browser from a personal link. A device check for the microphone, and the camera or screen when a vacancy uses them, runs first.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
Your team decides who to hire. Interview answers receive levels with supporting quotes. CV scores can sort applications for review, and your own knockout rules can set applications aside. You can review and restore those applications.
