Where contact centre hiring gets stuck
Hiring comes in waves
A new project or client means dozens of agents in a few weeks, and recruiters cannot call everyone in time.
With AuraHREvery applicant is interviewed in parallel, the day they apply.
The voice is the job
CVs look alike. The real difference is how a person speaks, listens and calms an upset caller.
With AuraHRListen to the recording and read the transcript before you decide.
Turnover never stops
Agents move on and the same vacancy opens again every month, so screening never stops.
With AuraHROne screening plan keeps running, with the same questions for every wave.
Reading the answers
Two answers to the same upset caller
Most applicants say they stay calm and listen. The difference shows when the interviewer asks what they would actually say to the caller.
A general answer
- “I always stay polite and patient.”
- “I would try to solve the problem quickly.”
- “I have never had a conflict with a customer.”
An answer with evidence
- “I say: I can see this is your third call. Let me check the earlier notes so you do not have to repeat everything.”
- “I repeat the problem back, then tell them the one thing I will do next.”
- “Once I could not fix it. I told the customer who would call back and by when.”
A general first answer is not a failure. The interviewer asks a follow-up, and the report quotes what the candidate said next. Your team listens to the recording and sets the bar.
Questions the interviewer asks
A starting set for this kind of role. AuraHR drafts questions from your job description, you choose what is asked, and the interviewer follows up when an answer is vague.

Common questions
Can we check a candidate’s English?
Yes. Run the interview in English and your team hears how the candidate actually speaks, not just what the CV says.
Can we hire for several projects at once?
Yes. Give each project its own vacancy and questions. All of them run at the same time.
Do candidates need to install anything?
No. The interview runs in the browser from a personal link. A device check for the microphone, and the camera or screen when a vacancy uses them, runs first.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
Your team decides who to hire. Interview answers receive levels with supporting quotes. CV scores can sort applications for review, and your own knockout rules can set applications aside. You can review and restore those applications.
