Where presenter hiring gets stuck

  • A language level on a CV is a guess

“A2” or “conversational English” on a CV does not tell a recruiter how the applicant sounds when they speak for several minutes.

With AuraHRListen to each applicant answer in English or Georgian, with the transcript beside the recording.

  • Studio auditions are scarce

An audition takes a studio slot, a trainer and a camera. Many applicants reach it before anyone has heard them speak.

With AuraHRReview the spoken interview first, then choose who gets a studio slot.

  • Shift fit comes up late

Studios run day and night. Rotating and night shifts are often discussed only after the audition.

With AuraHRAsk about the shift pattern in every interview.

Interview and audition

What you hear first, and what the camera shows

A voice interview comes before the studio audition and does not replace it. It helps you decide which applicants get a studio slot.

From the voice interview

  • How the candidate sounds in English or Georgian over several minutes
  • Whether they can explain a rule so a new player follows it
  • What they say they would do with a rude player
  • Which shifts they can work

From the studio audition

  • Presence and eye contact on camera
  • Dealing technique and game pace
  • Following studio and compliance procedures
  • Any language other than English or Georgian

The interview is audio only and records nothing about appearance. Your studio team runs the audition and makes the decision.

Common questions

Can we screen presenters in languages other than English and Georgian?

No. Interviews run in English or Georgian only. For presenters who will work in another language, assess that language in your own audition.

Does the voice interview replace the on-camera audition?

No. The interview is audio only. It records how a candidate speaks and what they say. Presence on camera, dealing technique and studio procedures need your audition and training.

Do candidates need to install anything?

No. The interview runs in the browser from a personal link. A device check for the microphone, and the camera or screen when a vacancy uses them, runs first.

Does the AI decide who gets hired?

Your team decides who to hire. Interview answers receive levels with supporting quotes. CV scores can sort applications for review, and your own knockout rules can set applications aside. You can review and restore those applications.
