Where hospitality hiring gets stuck
The season does not wait
Every hotel and restaurant hires in the same few weeks. The one that calls back first gets the people.
With AuraHRApplicants are interviewed the day they apply, even late at night.
Guests speak more than one language
A receptionist may need English on day one, and a CV does not show how well someone speaks.
With AuraHRHear candidates answer in Georgian or English before you meet them.
Managers have no time to screen
Shift managers screen candidates between services, and many of those calls go unanswered.
With AuraHRManagers read a short, scored interview when they have a minute.
Questions the interviewer asks
A starting set for this kind of role. AuraHR drafts questions from your job description, you choose what is asked, and the interviewer follows up when an answer is vague.

Guest recovery
From a complaint to the next shift
A complaint is rarely solved by the person who hears it first. Ask candidates to talk through each stage, and you hear whether the guest would have to tell the story twice.
- 01
Hear it out
What does the candidate say first to a guest whose room is not ready or whose order is wrong?
- 02
Act within the role
Which fixes do they offer themselves, and which do they take to the duty manager?
- 03
Pass it on
What do they tell the kitchen, housekeeping or the next shift so that nobody asks the guest again?
- 04
Return to the guest
When do they go back to check, and what do they say if the problem is still open?
Use the stages to shape your own questions. The interview shows how a candidate describes the handoff; service on a full floor is something you judge on a trial shift.

Common questions
Can we interview candidates in English?
Yes. Every interview runs in Georgian or English, so you hear how a candidate speaks the language your guests use.
How quickly can we start before the season?
Set up a vacancy, review the questions and share the link. Interviews start as soon as candidates open it.
Do candidates need to install anything?
No. The interview runs in the browser from a personal link. A device check for the microphone, and the camera or screen when a vacancy uses them, runs first.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
Your team decides who to hire. Interview answers receive levels with supporting quotes. CV scores can sort applications for review, and your own knockout rules can set applications aside. You can review and restore those applications.
